Audioviz

Music made visible. Sound made spatial. A set of instruments for the intersection.

A lab for audio-visual thinking.

Audioviz is a set of precision instruments built at the intersection of music and visual form. Each one renders something that was always there — the geometry inside a chord, the architecture of a rhythm, the color of a mode.

Each tool is its own instrument.

Vector Keyboard maps musical intervals as spatial distances. Tone Setter generates pure reference tones. Rhythm Generator builds polyrhythmic patterns. Drift slows music into saturated ambience. Not apps. Instruments.

Sound has geometry.

A minor third is a ratio. A chord is a shape. A rhythm is a structure in time. These are not metaphors — they are the actual structure of music, made visible.

Theory is a map of discoveries.

You can write music by instinct, accident, or touch. But every compelling coincidence in sound already has a place in musical theory: chromatic and diatonic interval chains, harmonic shapes, melodic phrases, riff phrases. Audioviz treats those discoveries as forms you can see, name, replay, and design with.
